they are since 2009, see 
http://wiki.icomp.de/wiki/Catweasel#Development_snapshot_2 ... also karsten 
scheiblers cwtool for linux (the open source one i mentioned) could do it even 
earlier (checked again, it can write them since 2006 apparently).
