Hi,

Can someone suggest me a good and easy to use description about the IEC
serial bus used with CBM machines to connect eg floppy drives?

Of course I found tons of them, but it seems my brain is not so good about
inpreting the textual description ... What I would like is to have some
exact diagram/description or so which shows every IEC bus lines and what
happend and when (important timing constraints, etc) throughout an average
data transfer, etc (let's say loading and saving a file from/to the disk).

At this time, no special fast loaders, C128/1571 SRQ line etc is needed,
but the very basic protocol used with C64 with the stock KERNAL & 1541.

These seem to be quite OK for me at the first sight, but I am curious if someone
can suggest better resources?

Thanks a lot in advance & btw happy new year.
