If you want to read out the ROM of this FDC controller CPU I have a small 
program on my petindex site in the drives section to do this. At least it 
worked for the IEEE488 floppy drives.
If it doesn't already exist on the web. On my site IIRC I have a 
disassembly of the floppy FDC ROM - maybe a guidance for the HDC ROM
