Absolutely true! Actually I'm afraid the video quality will be terribly 
blurry on the LCD TV. I know from personal experience connecting the 
monochrome output of e.g. a CBM 610 to a 1084 that it made my eyes bleed. I 
can't recall if I set the 1084 to composite or Y/C mode, but I doubt it 
mattered. The very same CBM 610 connected with the same cable to a 14" 
Philips green monochrome monitor on the other hand produced a very crisp 
display.
