No, I'm very sure of that. I have an other broken board with the same plug and 
a friend of mine has some as well.
I noticed the odd serial number as well. But as I stated, I cannot garantuee 
that a previous owner did some swapping.

If you all would be so kind to send me a description of your C64's and 
VIC-20's, I'll make a small database. Maybe this can help us in the future.
