Dear Mr. Levak,
  I looked at my GEOS v.2.0 guide for the 64 and the BMC BX-80 driver is
a Blue Chip M120 driver.  I looked at my Cardco G-Whiz, Super G, and +G
guide and mentions 8 dip switches on the Centronics interface.  No mention
of dip switch emulations for Blue Chip but would try an Epson emulation
for starters.
No. 1 on, No. 2 off, No. 3 on, No. 4 optional, No.5 on, No. 6 off, No. 7
is optional, No. 8 is optional.

Sounds like you have some some experimentation to do.
