If you have a C compiler, you could try compiling cbmconvert on the Mac.
It supports various archive formats and disk images.

I don't think there should be any big problems, since the Mac has never
had any 64k limitation like MS-DOS or Windows.  But the C compiler must
provide a terminal-like environment (some sort of shell emulation). I know
that something like that exists for Windows, so this might not be a
completely utopistic requirement.
