When the 8050 is turned on, all three LEDs should come on for a few
seconds, then blink once, then the drive LEDs should turn off. The center
LED is a 2 color red/green LED. It should then turn green and stay on.
Connecting the 8050 to the PET should not change the way the PET operates.
Be sure it is connected to the IEEE port and not the user port.
With the drive connected to the computer, and both turned on, turn the
drive off, then on and type ?ds$ and press enter. The drive's power-on message
should be displayed. You may nor have a $ on the Swedish keyboard, but it
is probably still the shifted 4.

The 4022 is actually an Epson with a Commodore system board. If you hold
down one of the buttons (I forget which one, but there's only two) while
you turn it on, it will do a test page.
