The trace for +5V (bottom left) seems to have gotten a bit hot at some 
time. That's what happens when you do the layout with all traces being 
the same size, even those that should be wider (+5V and GND).

Also, whoever designed this was a bit stingy with the 100nF decoupling 
capacitors. I'm kinda surprised that it works.
