from the UK, that are molded like the original Commodore USA cases.  
They come in translucent colors, and they seem pretty good quality to me 
(maybe I don't expect enough in a cart case).

They are not .4EUR (that's dirt cheap, IMHO), I buy them in bulk for 
USD$3.50.  But, they are cheaper than the other options I see listed here.
