I'm sure if you went and poked around Digikey you could find a
nice off the shelf, isolated 5VDC to +- 12 or 15 VDC, board mounted 
converter that would supply a couple hundred ma.
God only knows what it would cost. Your first born or the
pound of flesh nearest your heart or something.
