I don't have one like this, my oldest is a KU (which already has an 8pin 
Video output) which also has a different ROM spacing.

If you want, I can mail you a HiRes-photo of a KU.

As for the raster... so far all boards I had use a raster based on 
1/10th" (2.54mm), not only between pins, but also between ICs.
