Hallo Patryk, > Do you mean additional variables (aka locations) for things, > which are not present in V2.0? Yes, for example for the new sound and graphics commands. > If yes, then what the difference in (default) BASIC start > address have to do with it at all in the first place? The difference just didn't make me aware of the extra variables but also gave me a number. Here is a text copy of one of the pages of my PDF: 1C00 ====> ----------- Misc. Buffers 1000 ====> ----------- Misc. Variables 0800 ====> ----------- Text Screen 0400 ====> ----------- Common RAM 0000 ====> ----------- We can do two things: - leave the variables on the same place which means we have 5100 bytes less free for our BASIC programs - look for another place for them. That's why I mentioned the $Cxxx area. -- Kind regards / Met vriendelijke groet, Ruud Baltissen www.Baltissen.org Message was sent through the cbm-hackers mailing listReceived on 2013-06-07 17:00:09
