No, if you look at the part list
8032090-5(http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/schematics/computers/pet/un
iv2/8032090-5.gif) you find the reference to the rom 970150-07. The board is
with crtc. You find an other reference at
http://www.zimmers.net/anonftp/pub/cbm/firmware/computers/pet/PET-parts.txt,
that this rom is for 9" monitor and 60 Hz.

So it must be exists cases with 9" monitor and newer boards with crtc! But i
don't know about the keyboard.
