It doesn't. There are only 64 KB onboard. The "original" MW 8160 / 8096 A has holes between the RAM and the TTL logics for three single-row connectors. They are meant for a second bank of 64 KB RAM chips plus blocking caps located at a second PCB on top. But I haven't seen this neither in real life nor just a photo.

So the calculation is: 

32 KB onboard + 64 KB expansion + another 64 KB = 160 KB total.
