My ignorance, that's all ;)  I had read an old article about ROM
replacement (not specifically about your 23XX adapter), which stated
that you must use a replacement with the same layout.  Which makes
sense I suppose for a drop-in replacement.  I understand now that your
solution doesn't have that limitation.

I have ordered 3 23XX adapters from you and If it's not too late, is
any chance I can add 3 EEPROM to that order as to avoid paying for
additional shipping (which I think is more than the cost of the
devices)?
