Unknown (to me) 64k RAM card for the PET

does anyone know anything about the 64k RAM card I linked here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/afachat/8398478723/in/photostream ?

I recently got it on ebay, and it's still on the bottom of my TODO list, but before I start (some day) I want to find out more about it.

Is this the 64k RAM card that makes a 8032 into a 8096?
