Mike, That makes total sense -- so obvious in hind-sight! This PET came from my old High School which was part of a networked lab back in the day. I really have had no luck searching for information on "arbiter", so I will certainly dump the ROMs when I get further on in my project. I'm sure someone out there would like to disassemble and compare the differences.
