The filters have 3 pins. The middle one is connected to ground and the 
outer ones should be connected to each other by some small resistance.

The middle pin is a capacitor so there should be no connection (when 
measuring resistance) between the middle pin and the outer pins.

If possible, remove the CIA before measuring the filters.
