Hi Rob,
SFD-1001 part list says: dummy diskette 251171-01.
The 8250LP uses the same drives as the sfd-1001, a matsushita JU-570-2.
I scanned a original dummy disk from a NOS JU-570-2.
The scan can be found at:

Resolution is 300 dpi.
