The GQ-4X (and possibly the older GQ-3X) will read and write 2532. But I 
think that is just about the only one that does without adapters. However 
for that particular purpose, it'll be rather expensive 2532 chips, and I 
think there are other USB programmers that overall cover more types of chips 
than the MCU Mall GQ ones do. Actually currently I've got both a GQ-4X and a 
TL866CS, which together cover a fair range but obviously far from every 
possibly chip.
