6500/1 MPU, mask programmable. 2kB ROM, 64B RAM. Cool - one chip does it
all :)
CSG's ones have a special "test mode" (see
http://highgate.comm.sfu.ca/~rcini/classiccmp/pdf/ds_6500.pdf), so they
were able to dump the ROM for verification. But it is hardly documented :(
