Mike has kindly put the two D64 disk images on his website (http://mikenaberezny.com/hardware/superpet/waterloo-languages/).

I have just finished my write-up and the document is being sanity checked at the moment. I will send a copy to Mike shortly for inclusion 
on the web page along with the disk images.
