There is also the ZoomFloppy with IEEE connector soldered on. It pretty
much is a IEEE/USB bridge, as it does allow you to access the drives
from another computer, either from an emulator such as VICE or with the
file/disk copy programs that come with the OpenCBM software.  And a
ZoomFloppy is cheaper.

I did in fact try a ZoomFloppy with a 8050, but all floppies I wanted to
copy had too many read errors. I didn't try a supposedly-good floppy at
the time, but I know that sort of thing worked with a 1541 and a 1571.
