CBM-II IEC-cartridge

Hi all,
I use Michaus cartridge on my 710 and 610 even when I don't need IEC 
support, just for the fast boot.
I am working on installing RAM to BANK 0-14 on my 610.
It looks like the RAM identification on startup doesn't recognize  
installed RAM in BANK 0.
With RAM installes in BANK 0-14 it reports only 896 kb, not 960 kb.
While testing I also ran RAM only in BANK 0-3, which reported 192 kb.
