Burn in/Diags

Does anyone know of any diagnostic software for a Plus/4
that I can use to burn in the machine. Seems like every
time I get a new machine, it dies in about 2 weeks.
I want to exercise the chips, granted, the are all ~30 years
old so what can I expect.
