As far as I know, there is no emulator available.

But you should take a look at Matt Knoths page
(http://www.knothusa.net/). He has built an emulator for the
EAW P8000, an obscure Z80001 based UNIX computer from 
Eastern Germany, perhaps based on an earlier system from
ZILOG, called the S8000.
This system is sufficiently different compared to the c900 (three
MMUs instead of only one for example), but the emulation might be
useable as a starting point.

Btw: Do you have photos from that show in 1984?
