Commodore 128 prototypes

Hello!

I have been offered to buy a strange Commodore computer - it has a
Commodore 610 case, but keyboard and back ports of Commodore 128. There
are no serial numbers whatsover; also, the power port is in an unusual
place above the tape connector. I have no idea what this might be,
except for some 128 prototype? Do you know if such machines ever existed?
