xa65 on github

Hi there,

I have created a few new features for the xa65 cross assembler, and as Cameron, the current maintainer is busy, I have proposed and Cameron was ok with it to put up the sources of xa65 on github.

The "listing" branch contains my experimental patches and is located under:
https://github.com/fachat/xa65/tree/listing

New features in this branch are:
- added more ca65 compatibility code and switches
- added an assembler listing feature, some long outstanding request

I had to "fix" some 65816 code that was not aligned with the actual processing structure, I may have broken something. In fact it is not very well tested. Also it only has simple output, nothing fancy like HTML (yet? - any takers?)

This is an experiment - for me as it's my first github repos, and for xa65 as well. I hope this collaborative approach may lead to another innovative push (although I have to admit the code base is ... old... :-)
