Yes, but those with a 5 pin video output are quite rare. If you can find 
one, consider yourselves lucky.

Same goes for the C16 (according to the schematics) but not the Plus/4. 
No idea what they did that for but for a video cable that gives you 
luma/chroma/sound it's irrelevant.

I use the same home made video cable to hook up any of my old Commodore 
8 Bit systems (C16, C116, C64 of different revisions and C128) to my 
1084 monitor.
