Yup. I took some pics and uploaded to SWoC, as well as dumping the EPROM of
which one had bit rot. The board still is my drawer, so I can take more pics
if required. The TED Germanium diode I tried to read its value off a couple
of weeks ago is on this board.

I can add that when I found the board, it was loose in the bottom half of a
C64 breadbox case. I don't know if Commodore shipped them mounted tight
inside VIC-20 CR cases, as Bil mentions above. In that case, this board once
was removed from there. Since it lacks at least some small chip, bit rot on
EPROMs, unknown state of CPU and TED chips, perhaps it was removed from
whichever developer was assigned to it when it no longer worked.
