of course, I already considered using some old Cisco switch power supply
as a replacement for one of my SFDs. But at the moment I got all PSes
fixed to provide correct output voltages.

Nevertheless I still consider using a modern switched PS for my future
"work horse" SFD-1001 testing drive, so that it doesn't get _that_ hot
anymore.
