With the C2N232 you do not even need the polling. You type LOAD on the 
computer, and it will say PRESS PLAY ON TAPE. Then, you have a build 
target that invokes c2nload. Sure, you will have to wait a couple of 
seconds for the compulsory 192+2 bytes to load, but the payload will be 
loaded at 38400bps.
