No, because I won't use these signals at all. They are created out of
the address lines and memory/chip select line using multiplexers and
various gates (PLA in this case). But I will use address lines directly.
And if no direct chip select line is available, CAS can be used as well.
I replaced the DRAM of an old IBM-XT in this way without any problem.
Think about it :)
