Re: 8096 repair

Hello Ruud,

I wanted to recommend one of these to someone repairing his PET on another 
forum, but it's not at all clear whether they are still available.

I emailed Nicolas but haven't received any reply; do you have any 
information? Are they (or were they ever) available as assembled units by 
any chance, and/or are the PCBs and GALs still available?

It can replace the onboard RAM and ROM of a system. IMHO you can use it to 
test whether the RAM or ROM is brooken.
