And in reverse, I tried cbmconvert on some of the files, and it failed
on one so far, B3.LNX from B123LNX.ZIP.

  `markets,prg':
    Truncated file, proceeding anyway
Wrote 2825 bytes to image "B3.d64"
  `markets.d,prg':
    Truncated file, proceeding anyway
    Not writing zero length file
  unexpected error.
  Wrote image file "B3.d64"

It leaves out all subsequent files.

LYNX 8017 apparently handled this well.

I haven't tried all of the other files, but it seems some care needs to
be taken when re-packaging these files. (Sometimes 1 disk seems to be
split over 2 lynx files, but in other cases similarly named lynx files
are really 2 disks). And C4-5-6 doesn't fit on 1 disk...
