In all seriousness though, they work fairly well for what I use them for, but Jim's right - there are still a few things that need work here and there.  The annotation path from schematic to PCB is still a bit rough (but at least electrically accurate), and while Spice simulation exists, it is not very user friendly, let alone newbie friendly.  It'll get there though.
