The best library is the one created by yourself - because you're sure, the dimensions are correct. I've made bad experiences using 3rd-party-libraries what was very annoying. Creating own libraries is IHMO easier in KiCAD than in Eagle, but that may be a matter of experience. 
Tools exist to convert Eagle schematics and libraries to KiCAD, and for some other CAD programs too.

Best thing is the lack of any limit: KiCAD allows you to create as many sheets, sub-sheets or boards at any size you want.
