I think that pin-compatible EPROMs are not available any more, so it may
be best to find that exact replacement part rather than trying to jury-rig
a custom pin swapping adapter.

You could check arcadecomponents.com, as he has a lot of Commodore parts,
or you could ask on Lemon64.com forums to see if someone has a spare they
could sell you.
