I expect a 1541-II to be slightly more expensive than 10 Euros, but you will be able to find a VIC-20 for far less than 30 Euros. As for the RS-232 interfaces, I think you can even it out at 10 Euros each. The 1011 is available in two variants: 1011A Terminal Type which still is useful today and 1011B Current Loop which pretty much only has a collector's value. Hopefully most of the stuff only got visual contamination and can be cleaned, restored somewhat easily.
