Hi, Phil,

I'm in Ohio, on the US side of the pond.  I am already debugging PET
boards (among other things to retrofit modern SRAM into a 2001-8
board) and have a number of diagnostic tools at my disposal.

Let me know off-list if you want me to give your board a look.
