Yes. There may be some lines that run under the chips that would need to be
metered though.

Thats appears to be a Fairchild made 6821 PIA. I doubt there are any
differences in it and a standard 6821.

Looking at the picture - I should have all those parts on hand. I'll have to
figure out what those diodes are
and what the cap is though.
