While it doesn't have a model number per se, it looks very similar
to the Computapix cartridge Jacob Dahl Pind posted about:

http://www.cbm.sfks.se/pics/vic-dams-ieee.jpg

Even more interesting if you compare the post addresses on the two
cartridges:

Dams Office Equipment Ltd,
Gores Road, Kirkby Industrial Estate,
Kirkby, Near Liverpool
Tel: 051-548 7111 (20 lines)

Pixstik Computapix
Gores Road, Kirkby Industrial Estate,
Liverpool L33 7UA
Telephones: Sales 051-547 2741
Technical Advice: 051-548 7111, Ext. 218

Thus it seems the two IEEE interfaces actually are identical, only with
different content on the EPROMs and slightly different details about
the manufacturer. My board seems to have been made April 15, 1983 while
Jacob's board was made April 22, 1983.

So it seems I got my question answered: Jacob's IEEE interface should be
possible to use on a VIC-20 if you cut off the C64 cartridge connector
and replace the EPROM?

Best regards
