Capacitors are usually measured in pf - 1,000,000 pf to 1 uf.

You had a problem that was blowing fuses.  Fixing the power supply does 
not necessarily fix that problem.  The question is: what are the voltages 
on J8?  What are the voltages on the output of the four voltage 
regulators?
