6540 Replacement

I have a few PCBs of my 6540 replacement.  At present, I don't have time 
to test the unit, but I am willing to ship a board to a few folks who 
want to test them and see what I got right/wrong on the initial design. 

Preferred receivers would be:

    * Able to test in the next month or so, as I am working on a new PCB
      design and I batch this board up with others.
    * Able to diagnose issues with my design if it does not work initially
    * Has access to EPROMs and EPROM programmer.
