Dunno about formatting, but Super Filecopy 2 (*) allocates its
own blocks starting at track 1 and working inwards. I'm not sure
which interleave it uses, but I think it is much less than 10,
perhaps 3 like the directory track.

(*) It may be known under other names as well. I could upload
a binary if someone wants to check which program I refer to.
