Google Translate suggests "Order participation in collective desire".

Some people may indeed agree on that compulsive buying equals a desire
or rather addiction. While not a perfect translation, it is very close.

I've used OCR as part of a translation process before, for example to
translate scanned manuals in Finnish, a language perhaps even harder
to translate than German is.
