Sorry, I don't know, I have never played with C128 cartridges. Please figure it out yourself and report your findings. The EXROM and GAME lines are controlled by MMU registers. Also sorry for this delay, but I was without Internet access for 4 days and 3 hours. My subscriber cable was cut by road construction workers, and WLAN didn't quite work from across the street (from an unaffected neighbour).
