The 610 can be expanded up to 1MB (960KB to be exact, the system segment
doesn't have RAM). I have such a machine here. It needs almost forever when
testing the RAM on startup:-)

There is no kernal to utilize the additional RAM. If you add kernal and basic
from a 620, it is possible to use 256K for basic programs. Machine language
programs are able to use all of the memory of course.
