Perhaps it is "Ticket to London", (c) 1986 Blue Lion Software?

http://www.gb64.com/game.php?id=7926

It took me about one minute to search for "London" on GameBase 64. :-)

I also remember there was some more advanced underground simulator for the
Amiga 500 that came with external hardware, but it was later, like 1991-92.
Now to get the message a bit more technical, is anyone up to building a
replica of a train "cockpit" (?) that will interact like a joystick with the
program?

Regards
